Just Kill Me Now

A few gems from found.com that pretty much summarize my attitude toward the non-stop, eye-poking-inducing coverage of either Palin or Jacko.

If only every single steekin' journalist and media outlet in the country would read this...

I just want to go hide in my cavey-hole until some real news comes out...guess that would mean, like, forever...

Complete insanity. I haven't had the TV on at all today and let me say, I'm not hating the peace and quiet.

Very appropriate doodlings!

But isn't Michael Jackson's death the most important thing going on in the world?

I would have thought they dug those out of my trash, but then I noticed there were no cat turds stuck to them, and an absence of coffee rings.

Like this a whole lot!

I keep asking myself "am I the wrong generation?" Some of his songs I liked, some not...but he died almost two weeks ago, but bury him already. Enough is enough.

MICHAEL JACKSON'S DEAD???!!! Are you KIDDING me? Why are the media covering this up?

This just stinks! They're trying to distract us with all this crapola about healthcare and Republican flame-outs. But now we know the REAL story.

Thanks for breaking the silence on this, Skyewriter. Only YOU had the courage!

Let's let him go already...hope his kids make it out of this insanity intact...I didn't watch any of the memorial, but I'm sure it will go on ad nauseum tonight on every channel.........AGAIN!!!

Thanks, all, for the comments today.

Cosa, I hope you are not too traumatized by this news... :).

Your blog post today on it was

Well, now that MJ is buried, the press should simmer down until they get the results back for the reasoning behind his death.

btw, my word verification: Presses

I hardly turn on cable news. It just keeps repeating itself. I should read more news, but on summer break I have been reading books... and blogs... and going to the beach.

I swear to god, I'm on pins and needles to hear that Sarah Palin is NOT going to run for president. I don't think I could stand it. I might have to quit blogging if she is.
