I think that adjective really says it all.
I wish I could take credit for it, Riot. Ed Schultz... but it's good, huh?
If you build it, they will come.
Too bad, really, as they should all stay home with their fifes, flags, and anxiously furrowed brows.
What in the hell is happening to people?
REALLY hard to watch! I feel like there is a faction in this country that is contributing to the tea party....a more financially secure and intelligent faction.....and as this video shows, taking advantage of a less than intelligent, racist, scared, and uninformed part of our society!
Hi poietes:
I feel the same way; the most stunning thing was how *woefully* misinformed people were. It's like they get their information playing "telephone:" "my sister told me, her neighbor told her..." Since when did gossip and rumor become reliable sources? Oh, right, Beckerheads...
Hi, Chris:
It is really hard to watch and I think you are right. Corporate interests (big banks and big oil) have much more to gain from a country divided than a country progressing into the 21st century. I have a pretty strong notion that if we were to look at whose throwing money at these sad folks, it would be them.
Wow... Now I'm more depressed than ever. I thought it was bad out here in parts of California. Now I see I have no idea what America is like. I'm too sheltered out here.
Best line in the video? "I learned everything I need to know about Islam on 9/11."
Wow.
Hi, Diana!
Sorry to leave you feeling blue... this is rather depressing, but I have to believe that common sense will rule in the end. Also, that those *with* common sense will actually use their protected rights to vote and get out there in November!
Thanks for stopping by...
I forgot to tell you that I had posted this interview on my FB too!!!! I just thought it was soooo telling....Faux News should be ashamed of themselves for filling these people's heads with misinformation....they are not off the hook with me!
YAY, Chris! It should be viral!
Yup, hard to watch, going to try to finish but I just had to comment upon the first chicks get-up, guess she hasn't read the US Flag Code, how freaking disrespectful to the flag of the nation that she pretends to care so much about. As I try to watch the remainder I'm sure I will be subjected to a myriad of baggers inappropriately displaying our national Ensign.
OMG! I now need to stab my ears and eyes out, I think it is all summed up by, "all I know is what my sister told me..." yup, that appears to be the standard.
Sidhe! Sidhe! Sidhe! [imagine me jumping up and down]!!!
I knew you were coming home sometime soon... I am so glad your are safe State-side and away from that dusty, hot, and dangerous Afghanistan!!!
I feel a phone call coming on... miss you so much my dear friend.
